WUF13 — World Urban Forum

WUF13, the World Urban Forum, was a major international forum hosted in Baku, requiring a large venue build with exhibition spaces, meeting halls and supporting facilities delivered to a fixed schedule. Preparing a forum of this scale means assembling temporary structures and fit-out elements safely and efficiently across a substantial site. CES supported the construction and setup with access and material-handling equipment and experienced operators.

Our contribution included aerial work platforms for rigging, ceiling and finishing works at height, telehandlers and forklifts for moving materials and stand components, and cranes for heavier lifting where required. All equipment was delivered on site with operators and backed by logistics coordination and technical support, helping the forum venue be completed safely and handed over ready for a high-profile international event.
